Megan
Megan has called a lot of places home over the years, from Texas to England to Nashville, before putting down roots in Stevens Point with her husband and three children.
A lifelong lover of music and movement, Megan believes both have the power to shift your energy, improve your outlook, and help you feel your best. With over five years of group fitness experience and a certification in personal training, she is passionate about creating Strength and Sculpt classes that are both challenging and encouraging.
One of the most important lessons she's learned is that grace and encouragement create far more growth than perfection ever could. She strives to help every client leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.
When she's not teaching, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her children's school.
Ivy
Ivy has been a registered nurse for three years and has worked in critical care and PACU/pre/post procedures. She plans on attending graduate school this fall to become a family nurse practitioner. When she isn’t sculpting or studying, she loves to travel, spend time with family, or read a new series.
She has always had a love for fitness whether it is backpacking in the Grand Tetons, attending group fitness classes, or taking hot girl walks. She is working toward her group fitness instructor certification but is new to the instructing world. She is ecstatic to combine her love for health and wellness into a fun and upbeat sculpt class and build a strong community while doing it.
McKayla
McKayla is currently pursuing a nursing degree at UWSP, where she also earned a minor in dance through the UWSP Dance Program. She completed the coursework for Mat Pilates through Balanced Body and plans to continue her training by testing out of both Mat and Reformer certifications in the future. Outside of Pilates, McKayla works in the Float Pool at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital. She is passionate about making a positive impact on others by bringing energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to those around her. After spending three years on the UWSP Dance Team, McKayla shifted her focus to teaching young dancers. She currently teaches at Rapids School of Performing Arts, where she enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences while helping dancers grow not only as performers but also as confident individuals. McKayla enjoys working out, dancing, and thrifting. On free weekends, she can often be found judging dance team competitions across Wisconsin through WACPC.
Lucy
When I’m not teaching sculpt, you can find me baking cookies, training for my next race, or at a coffee shop. I love staying active through running, sculpt, & lifting. I’m also always looking for an excuse to get outside.Â
I’m a big fan of live music and enjoy going to concerts whenever I can. I bring that same energy into every class, creating a fun, motivating environment where everyone can challenge themselves and leave feeling strong.

I earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification (YTC) through YogaRenew. My passion for yoga grew from experiencing its powerful physical and mental benefits—from building strength and stability to cultivating greater focus, balance, and well-being.
Beyond yoga, I enjoy mindful movement through yogilates and other fitness practices, getting lost in a good book, and traveling to discover new places and experiences. I value opportunities for growth, connection, and lifelong learning, both on and off the mat. I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where students can move mindfully, challenge themselves at their own pace, and celebrate their progress. I hope students leave each of my classes feeling empowered, grounded, and connected to themselves.
